Pros +
- The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
- Location, service, room, breakfast
- Breakfast is excellent: eggs, meet or sausages, garnish, tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese, yogurt, olives, greens, bread, sweets, fruites, cereals, juices, etc. In other words, all you need to become energetic in the morning. Coffee is quite good in the coffee machine.Staff is hospitable and ready to assist with any questions. We stayed in the hotel for several times. For sure, we'll stay again there.
Cons -
- There wasn’t much to dislike; perhaps the room could have had a bit more space . Overall, everything met my expectations well.
- It was quite cold in the room. But staff provided us with additional heater and blanket. After that it became way comfortable.
- Mattresses weren’t very comfortable, but the rest was great

Great staff, spacious and clean. On a nice quiet side road close to the center, main road and metro
Mattresses weren’t very comfortable, but the rest was great
Location was great.
There was an awful smell in the bathroom, the beds were very uncomfortable, and the walls were extremely thin. Dogs barked outside all night, making it impossible to sleep—it felt as though they were inside the hotel. Overall, the property is old and outdated.
Cozy hotel with nice location. Staff is very friendly and helpful .My 3rd stay in this hotel. Will be using it regularly.
Good location, friendly personnel, comfortable roomBreakfast okYou can find a homemade restaurant with national cuisine nearby (maybe for dinner)
Because the windows face the courtyards, the neighbors were sometimes very noisy (conversations, music), but it didn't bother me much
Staff is very nice, especially Hacho who goes above and beyond.Breakfast is good.
Cleaning was not consistent.Crazy next door building neighbor lady listening to loud music and screaming at a different time of the day.
It’s all as described, clean, convenient, has all the needed amenities, and it’s super spacious !! They even agreed to keep my luggage for extra days, and have a lovely staff.
Nothing I didn’t like !
We arrived at 9pm and had a most unfriendly reception. He said little more than name and passport, then instructed us to close the door someone else left open. He was no more friendly in the morning either. The pillows were disgraceful, having disintegrated into lumps. The duvet wasn't big enough to cover the bed. The bed was not the best either. Breakfast was average. Coffee machine in room was nice though. Dogs outside barked all night, but that isn't the fault of the hotel.

Friendly staff. The best coffee in Georgia and very good location.
Quite eloborate and kind staff. Rooms were clean and qualitative. Also, breakfast they served was delicious. If I travel to Tbilisi again, I definitely will accommodate at this hotel. Thanks for having us. My mother also liked it a lot.
Property is located at the Centre near Rustaveli metro station but be ready for the hike from down till hotel
There is no parking at this property . Guy at the reception was having no clue about this and we parked outside as per his suggestion and got fine from police .
Nice decorations, good breakfast
Beds aren't comfortable. Our number was on the top floor - all night the external parts of ACs produced much noise (from time to time). Another number we booked was just next to the reception: we even heard when the receptionist typed something on their phone.
The weather was very good. The reception people was good especially the one that I woke up the last day to call for a cab for me and he was very nice.
The first day that I arrived, I got room #10, at 5th floor. There is not elevator and you have to take the step. But I entered and checked everywhere and noticed the toilet has poop spots. I immediately called front desk around 7 or 7:30. He said that I have to use the dirty toilet till the next morning cleaning lady cleans it. I saw I can not use dirty toilet. I called again and I asked for room change. Then he gave me room #2 that was one flight up. I checked and toilet was clean. I stayed in room #2 for 10 nights. The shower drain was not working well and I told them twice. They sent cleaning lady to open the drain but both times she failed and I did not tell them any more. I decided to turn on the shower very low water pressure to prevent water filling the shower area because of lack of the drain. Also, the pillows were very cheap kind (I think similar to $5 pillow from Walmart). My house pillow that I bought from bed&bath cost me $150 and it is very comfortable but these pillows were very uncomfortable and cheap. For breakfast, I did not like their cheese option. Those were mostly either salty or no taste. So, I bought my own bread and Greek cheese and cream and milk from the market. They only have 3 options for tea and they do not use coffee creamer. So, you need to buy your coffee creamer from America or your country. They did not have tour system that the Tour company picks you up at the hotel. You have to travel to the tour place (for me was 20 minutes of walk) and they drop you at an area not your hotel. The tour system is not up to date.
It is a cosy little boutique Hotel that used to be an old Tiblisi building. The staff was friendly and Vano was especially kind and helpful. The room ,the bathroom was clean, beds comfortable.Breakfast was plentiful. It is a quiet hotel off the main street Rustaveli Avenue, and short walking distance to both Rustaveli Metro station and the bus stop.I would definitely stay again
we were 2 persons so I wish there was another chair in the room
The front of house staff were incredible. My flight to Mestia was cancelled while I was at the airport and I was stranded in Tbilisi without a hotel. They were able to give me a room for 2 nights at very short notice and made sure I was ok. They could not have done more for me.
Positives:Really good locationOk breakfastNice and clean roomBonus: TV tower can be seen from the room :)Negatives:A bit noise ( can hear all the movements of your neighbours + the noise done by the outside AC that was located just on the other side of the wall from where the my head was in the bed) —>> bring your earplugs and you will be fine :)
Thanks for solving my problem with noise. You were very helpful . Excellent hotel location, delicious breakfasts.
Excellent location in the city center. Just 200 meters from Rustaveli metro station. There is no private parking in the hotel, but there are plenty of free parking spaces outside. A very good breakfast with a large selection of dishes. The room has a kettle, a coffee machine and bottled water every day. We will definitely come back here again. Highly recommended for travelers.
